Your voice stays on your phone

Voxera uses the microphone to record or change your voice. All voice processing, including the AI voices, runs on your phone. We do not upload your recordings. A recording leaves your phone only when you choose to share it, and then it goes to the app you pick.

The Voxera dongle and your PC

The app talks to a Voxera dongle over Bluetooth and your local Wi-Fi to change its settings and update its firmware. If you use the optional PC bridge, audio travels over your local network to your own computer. None of this goes to our servers.

Ads (Google Play edition)

The free Google Play edition shows ads from Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, and how ads are viewed and tapped. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent first; you can change your choice at any time. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services. Voxera Pro turns ads off.

App settings

The app downloads its ad and live-minute settings from Google Firebase Remote Config, which uses an app-instance identifier. It contains no personal information.

Rewards account (Google Play edition)

Daily streaks, reward points and friend invites are kept on our server (Google Firebase, region Mumbai) under a random account ID that Firebase creates for your installation. If you choose "Sign in with Google", Firebase Authentication also stores your Google account's email address so your points follow you to a new phone. We keep your streak, points, invite code, who invited you, and a log of points earned and spent. To stop referral fraud we check with Google Play Integrity that the app comes from Google Play, and we store a one-way hash of the device's Android ID.

Purchases

Voxera Pro is sold through Google Play. Google handles the payment; we only learn that your Google account owns Voxera Pro.

What we do not do

• We do not ask for your name or contacts. An email address is stored only if you choose Sign in with Google.
• We do not sell personal data.

Children

Voxera is not directed to children under 13.
